Security Operating Procedures (SyOPs)

Customers need to adhere to the SyOPs to comply with MoD policy, but, if required, MoD customer authorities may take those SyOPs and amend them for their own use cases.

The SyOPs are available upon request from the Commercial Officer of the tender.

MODCloud Hosting Principles

These must be acknowledged by customers as is appropriate; customers must comply with these when building their solution. The maintenance, continued operation and security of MODCloud is reliant on all customers fulfilling their obligations and observing the minimum standards.

Consumable Cloud Services

The list of Azure and AWS MODCloud Consumable Cloud Services allowed, denied or awaiting assessment for use in ACE and ICE is available upon request from the Commercial Officer of the tender.

Virtual Machines (Golden Images)

The full list of accredited Golden Images for ACE and ICE is available upon request from the Commercial Officer of the tender.
